The Caribbean Council has a full time specialist staff based in Europe and it has associate consultants in the Brussels, Geneva, Miami, and Washington. It can call on representatives from across the Caribbean region and has established strategic partnerships with other specialist consultants in the Caribbean and Continental Europe.

Stephanie Whittle, Director - Programmes and Business Development At the Caribbean Council, Stephanie has been responsible for providing research and advisory services to members and clients and for the development of membership, programmes, sponsorship and events. Stephanie has an in depth knowledge of the Caribbean and extensive contacts in the region. Most recently she has been involved in projects related to the Caribbean Diaspora in the UK; gender in the Caribbean; and lobbying in relation to UK taxation on flights to the Caribbean.
